Our Responsibility

We prototyped and redesigned Comverse’s global company website with a focus on responsive design for multiple devices. We also changed the information architecture and redefined the navigation panel. In order to meet Comverse’s business goals and offer them the best possible solutions, we conducted an in-depth market and and competition analysis as well as product and organization research.

Project Goals

Our main goal was to present Comverse as a cutting-edge innovative company and reflect it in a responsive corporate website. Comverse also wanted to design a user-centered website and encourage conversation and engagement with their clients. In the design, Comverse wanted to keep the company’s old brand but implement it in an innovative and clean way.

The Desktop
Experience

To accomplish Comverse’s goal of a user centered website that would be friendly and easy to use, we rebuilt the information architecture in a way that put focus on the company’s solutions rather than the product. In the desktop version, we used the larger screen to put the most important information up front, and used mouse gestures in order to enhance the experience.

The Cellular Experience

For Comverse’s mobile website we wanted to keep a similar look and feel to the desktop version. That’s why we used the same colors and pictures but in a light and fast version. We also used the mobile advantage of geolocation to help users to easily navigate to Comverse events and used hand gestures to simplify and enhance the experience.

The Tablet Experience

We designed the tablet website in two resolutions: landscape and portrait. We emphasized touch interaction and planned the information architecture so that the transition between the two resolutions would still offer an excellent user experience.
