Our Responsibility

Netcraft redesigned Fattal’s new eCommerce website and a responsive version for mobile. We also conducted a vast and in-depth market and competition research study and analyzed Fattal’s analytics.

Project Goals

Fattal wanted a simple, user friendly website that would increase conversions and revenue. They also wanted to broaden their Shamaim Club and attract more people to join. They wanted to use their old brand while maintaining a clean and aesthetic look and feel.

Optimizing the Purchasing Process

Netcraft created an end-to-end purchasing process flow to enhance the overall experience. We designed the process to be easy, fun and with as little as “work” needed from the users as possible.

The Cellular Experience

Creating an eCommerce mobile web is challenging because the amount of information and interactions are often so vast that they are difficult to fit into such a small platform. To resolve this issue we adapted Fattal’s website flow for the mobile experience. We thought of a fun and easy process that wouldn’t be considered tiring by users, used clean and aesthetic design, used attractive, fast loading photos of desirable vacation spots, and made it accessible and easy for everyone to use.
